Singoor Project in Sangareddy District
The dam was built on the Manjira River. In 1998, the building was finished. The holding capacity of the Singur reservoir is 29 Tmcf.
It is a favourite place for tourists to go. This pipeline project is a transfer link between river basins. It sends water from the Godavari River to the Krishna River basin so that people in Hyderabad can drink and use 80% of the sewage flows for irrigation. This pond gives water to the city of Hyderabad at nearly 10 tmcf.
