Singoor Project in Sangareddy District of Telangana State - How To Reach: Singur Dam, also written as Singoor, is an irrigation, hydropower, and drinking water project in India. It is in the village of Singooru, which is close to the district of Sangareddy. It is one of the main places where people in Hyderabad get water to drink.

The dam was built on the Manjira River. In 1998, the building was finished. The holding capacity of the Singur reservoir is 29 Tmcf.

It sends water from the Godavari River to the Krishna River basin so that people in Hyderabad can drink and use 80% of the sewage flows for irrigation.
