Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Thimmapur in Kamareddy District: The Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy temple, also known as the Telangana Tirumala, is on the edge of Thimmapur village in Birkoor Mandal in the Kamareddy district. The temple has a Venkateswara Swamy statue built 74 years ago. Like Venkanna Konda, the temple's popularity has grown over the past ten years.

Near the village of Thimmapur, there is a pond. Recently, the Telangana government turned the pond into a mini-tank and started boating there. The point is now called the Ankamganj lake boating point.

Banswada Mandal is on the south side, Bichkunda Mandal is on the west, Kotagiri Mandal is on the north, and Varni Mandal is on the east.

Currently, Kamareddy doesn't have an airport that can be used. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, which is 191 km away, is the closest.
 
By Train:
 
You can take a train from Secundrabad (SC) or Kacheguda (KCG) to get to Kamareddy. The train ride from Secundrabad to Kamareddy takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes. From Nizamabad Railway Station, you can also get there. Bodhan railway station is the one that is closest to Thimmapur.
 
By Road:
 
Thimmapur village is where the Tirumala Venkateswara temple is. Thimmapur village is about 4.5 kilometres from Birkur Mandal, 26 kilometres from Banswada, and 85 kilometres from Kamareddy District. It is also about 50 kilometres from Nizamabad and can be reached by road.
