You can take a train from Secundrabad (SC) or Kacheguda (KCG) to get to Kamareddy. The train ride from Kacheguda to Kamareddy takes about 2 hours and 22 minutes. Some trains go from Nizamabad to Kamareddy. The Nizamabad to Kamareddy train takes about an hour.
 
By Air:
 
Currently, Kamareddy doesn't have an airport that can be used. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, which is 150 km away, is the closest.
 
By Road:
 
On National Highway NH-44, Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple is about 13 km from Machareddy, 19 km from Kamareddy, and about 110 km from Hyderabad. From Kamareddy to Siddipet on Dubbaka Express or regular buses, go through Banda Rameswarpalle.
