Neredigonda village is accessible by travelling 257 kilometres on NH 7 from Hyderabad in the direction of Adilabad. After arriving in Neredigonda village, it will take you 6 kilometres to go to Kupti village, where a notice board directs you to turn right to get to Tarnam village. You may reach the Tarnam Khurd settlement by turning and travelling two kilometres on a dirt road. We must travel five kilometres to get to the waterfalls from the Tarnam settlement. You could go lost in the deep jungle if you aren't accompanied by a villager to serve as your guide.

Travellers must reach Nirmal town, which is almost 200 kilometres from Hyderabad. The distance to Mokhram village from here is 36 kilometres. Five kilometres on foot are required to get to the waterfall.
