LRS Telangana ( lrs.telangana.gov.in) website to Apply for LRS Online in Telangana
LRS application can be submitted online at lrs.telangana.gov.in. Open the link and you will go to the website of the Municipal Administration & Panchayat Raj Department. On the home page, we can see the Apply for LRS 2020 option. Click on that and you will be asked to enter your mobile number to generate OTP. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile phone. Choose the new application link. Fill out the form. First, the applicant has to choose whether he is applying for an individual plot or a total layout.
Then the applicant has to enter under which corporation, zone, circle, or war the plot/layout falls. Provide the details of the plot. Also, enter what documents are uploaded. On the first page of the sale deed, a copy of the layout extra is to be uploaded in pdf format. The details of the applicant such as name, father’s name, Aadhar number, address, valid email id, alternative mobile number and other details are to be entered. Then choose the payment gateway. Select the bank and click on pay now. Make the LRS payment of Rs. 1000 and the receipt of acknowledgement is generated. Note down the application number for further use.

The last date for LRS which was earlier Oct. 15 is now extended by the government till Oct. 31st. This is because in most places people were not able to file the applications due to heavy rains and other problems. More than 19 lakh people have already submitted their applications for LRS. Do remember that the last date is now Oct 15 and the application can be filed at Mee Seva centres or online at the above mentioned website.
