What motivates you to do a good job?

 The efforts put by my parents right from my childhood for completing my education, making me a worthy person motivate me a lot. Now I consider this job platform as an opportunity to prove my parents I deserved all their efforts and to make them proud.

What motivates you to do a good job?

 A Good working environment, communication with other employees, motivation by a higher authority, work responsibility, and continuous feedback, motivates me to do a good job apart from my own efforts.
