How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Ideally, I would plan and manage my work in a way which does not require me to work during weekends because I would definitely want to have a good work-life balance. I believe that this is important in maintaining motivation and high productivity towards work and a positive demeanour at the office. However, I understand that there might be demanding times and urgent client/internal requests. In such situations, I will definitely make sure to rise up to the occasion and keep up the reputation of TCS (the same answer I gave during my TCS interview last month and I got selected.
