Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has made it possible to check the status of your property taxes and pay them online. When it comes to property tax, nothing is done by hand. Everything, from sending notices to receiving payments, is done online to ensure transparency. You can now pay your GHMC property tax online through NEFT and RTGS modes of payment or Offline by going to the nearest GHMC Office and Meeseva Centre.
Before paying the GHMC property tax, you need to know how much property tax is due and if there are any arrears. Follow the steps below to check the tax status of a property in Hyderabad online:
2)In the Menu section, select "Online Payments," then the dropdown list will open. You need to click on "Property Tax."
3) It redirects to the property tax Payment page. In the right corner, click "property tax," and options will open. Just click on "Search your Property Tax."
4) It redirects to the Search Property page. You must select your circle and enter your PTIN NO, Owner Name, Door No, and Mobile No.
5) Click "Get OTP," and you will receive an OTP for your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button.
7) The record will appear on the page. Check the Dues and arrears and Pay them online or Offline.
How to Add or Update Mobile Number to your PTIN No
1) Visit the website given link: https://eodb.ghmc.gov.in/MobileUpdate.aspx2) Select your circle* from the Dropdown, enter your Assessment No*, and click the Search button.
3) Now, details will be displayed on the screen. If you need to add or update a mobile number, click on the "ADD/UPDATE mobile number" button.
4) Add your mobile number and click the "Send OTP" Button. You will receive an OTP at your given number.
5) Enter OTP and click on the "Submit OTP" button.
6) Your mobile number has been successfully updated on PTIN No.
