By Train:
 
Secundrabad (SC) or Kacheguda (KCG) are the nearest train stations to Bhiknoor. There are available passenger trains from Secundrabad to Bhiknoor. Train travel from Kacheguda to Kamareddy takes about 2 hours and 22 minutes. Passenger trains travel from Nizamabad to Bhiknoor via Kamareddy; the journey takes around 1 hour and 40 minutes.
 
By Road:
 
On the National Highway NH-44, Sri Siddharameshwara Swamy Temple Bhiknoor is roughly 10 kilometres from Ramayampet, 15 kilometres from Kamareddy, and 90 kilometres from Hyderabad. Travel through Bhiknoor on the Kamareddy Express bus from Nizamabad to Hyderabad.
