Eligibility Criteria For Jagananna Thodu Scheme

The eligibility criteria the beneficiaries must have to apply for the scheme are 

  1. Sellers doing business with ready-to-eat street food, tea, pakodas, bread, eggs, textile, artisan products, books/ stationery and people selling various items on stalls or baskets are also eligible under the AP Jagananna Thodu Scheme 2021.
  2. A trader should be 18 years old to avail of the scheme
  3. The family income of the applicant must be Rs. 10,000 if residing in villages and Rs. 12,000 in towns.
  4. People selling small and everyday goods like groceries, various items on bicycles, vegetables, and fruits are eligible.
  5. A complete eligibility list will be made public on the notice boards of the village and ward secretariats and a social audit will be conducted.
  6. People having shops in villages or towns in a space less than 5 feet long and wide are eligible for the scheme.
  7. All people doing business on carts on the roadside, on the sidewalks, in public and private places are eligible
  8. Tiffin centres along the roadside are also eligible.
