announced the building regulation scheme again with strict guidelines.
How to Apply BRS 2020 Telangana Online
Those who want to utilize the
Building regularization scheme of Telangana government can visit the
official website to apply online. If the person is not registered as a citizen, they have to first click on the
Register Citizen option and register their names by entering the details such as name, email ID and
contact number. Click on submit and receive the 4 digit code on the registered mobile number. The
phone number and password received should be used to log into the portal. There will be LSR and BSR
options to choose from. Choose accordingly and give the building details such as plot number, building
height, district, Mandal, village etc. All the required documents need to be uploaded. These will be
verified by the officials.
Fee, Receipt and Status
Payment for building regularization also can be made online. Click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. payment can be
made using the credit card, debit card, net banking etc. After payment, the receipt appears on the
screen.
After the application is submitted, applicants can check the status of their application as follows. Open
the official website; go to the download approved/rejected proceeding for application. Enter your
application number to search. The application status is then displayed on the screen. Applicants also
take the printout of application status.
Telangana Building regularization scheme helps the citizens to legally regularize their building as per the
government rules. To encourage people to use this scheme, the government also extended the last date
for making the payment.

applicant will be asked to fill the details such as the building type, market value, plot area in sq. mtr,
building usage type, construction status, type, floor, build up an area as per sanction plan etc. click on
calculate to see the amount of fee to be made.
