Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme - How to Apply & Eligibility: Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme is the name of a student education sponsor program which
was earlier known as fee reimbursement. This scheme is meant to help financially and
economically weaker children to pursue higher education. This scheme is applicable to the
students belonging to SC/ST/BC/OBC/minorities/Kapus/EWS/PWD and they will get 100% fee
reimbursement. Eligible candidates will get an amount of Rs 15,000 to 20,000 under this
scheme. The scheme will be supervised by the Andhra Pradesh Education Department.

3) Take the printout of it, attach all the required documents, and submit the application.
Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme is applicable to students under the poverty line who belong to SC/ST/Minorities/Kapu/economically backward and other sections and who are pursuing polytechnic, Degree, and other higher courses. This scheme can be availed by all the eligible students studying in government, aided, affiliated private colleges. Children of government employees except sanctuary workers are not eligible. Family income should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh per year. Beneficiary families should not own a car, taxi, etc. They should not be paying any property tax. Students of parents who own a house of less than 1500 square feet in cities are also eligible.
The government is going to disburse the money in the following way. For students who are day scholars, the reimbursement fee will be credited to the accounts of the institution they are studying. Hostellers will get the money in the accounts of their mother. This fund will be credited to the account of the mother of the beneficiary in two installments, once in Decembers and then in July.
