1) Open the website https://pnbibanking.in and visit PNB's Retail Internet Banking section.
2) Enter your User ID and click on "Continue."
3) Click on "Forgot Password."
4) Provide your User ID and click on "Submit."
5) You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
6) Enter the received OTP and click "Continue."
7) Enter your Debit Card Number and PIN, then click "Continue."
8) Set your new Login Password, which should be 6-28 characters long and include alphanumeric and special characters.
9) If required, set your Transaction in the same format, which should differ from the login password.
10) After successfully changing the password, u will receive a message stating, "Password Change Successfully."Continue to Login" to log in with your new password.

5) You will receive an altered mobile number for validation.
6) Provide the received OTP and click "Submit."
7) Your User ID will be displayed on the screen.
