How to View and Download Encumbrance Certificate in Tamil Nadu at TNREGINET Portal: The Encumbrance Certificate is an essential aspect of a property that offers detailed information about the current property's history, and the government's sub-register office supplies this EC for a property.

Citizens used to go to the sub-register office and get an EC request to print, and it may take days to get an EC for a property. Still, the Tamilnadu Government's online TN encumbrance certificate option lets citizens get it on time.
