application online, log on to the Meeseva online portal.
2) There you can see the option CDMA tab. Just click on that it will redirect to the "CDMA Services"
3) There you will find the "BIRTH/DEATH CERTIFICATE - CDMA". Just click on it
4) There you can find the birth certificate
registration form. The details of the applicant are required to be entered here. After verifying
the details, submit the application and pay the fee. Registration status also can be checked

How to apply for a Birth Certificate Offline in Andhra Pradesh
To apply for a birth certificate in offline mode, go to the Meeseva centre and take the birth
certificate application form. It can also be downloaded from the website (https://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/Application%20Forms%20New/CDMA-pdf/Birth%20Certificate-CDMA.pdf)
Fill it and attach the required documents and pay the prescribed fee. Officials will verify the details entered in the
application. If the details match with the related hospital records, the certificate is issued.
It is necessary to register the birth of the child within 21 days from the date of birth. After 21
days, the permission of the registrar of births and deaths needs to be taken to register the birth. After
one year, the permission of the revenue divisional officer or first class executive magistrate is required.
Since the birth certificate is an important document, everyone must compulsorily obtain it.
