- Students who are permanent residents of the state are eligible
- For the year 2020, students studying 11th class in either a government school or partly government aided schools can apply.
- Students who are staying in the hostels are not eligible.
- Students studying in residential campuses also cannot apply for this scheme.
- All SC/ST/BC/Minority category students who meet the above eligibility criteria can apply for this scheme.

Free bicycles are provided to eligible students studying 11th class in government and partly government aided schools in Tamil Nadu state. Students who want to take advantage of this scheme must contact their school headmaster.Applications for free bicycle scheme 2020 can be submitted only on the concerned official website. Go the site and look for the link free bicycle scheme application form and then click on the registration button. The application form will appear on the screen. Fill all the details asked for. You might be asked to fill the details such as name, date of birth, father name, aadhar card, school name etc. Upload all the required documents and submit the application.
