Birla Mandir temple is situated towards the southern end of Hussain Sagar Lake in the city Hyderabad, Telangana at the top of Kala Pahad hill which is around 280 feet. The Birla Temple was built by Birlas in Telangana, Hyderabad in 1976 and the specialty with the temple is – it is constructed with white marbles and is imported from Rajasthan.
The temple consists of sculpted images with marbled depicting famous epics of Mahabharata and Ramayana. The Garbha Gudi is an impressive replica of the Venkateshwara temple at Tirumala which is at a height of 42-feet.
