3) A dialogue box asking fill in the required details in the "Public Registration Form" like First name, Middle Name, Last Name, Guardian name, address, Municipality, PS, District, Pin, Email, Email OTP, Mobile number, Mobile OTP, Password, Confirm Password.
4) Enter the captcha code as it appears in the image. Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Refresh’ button to get a new captcha.
5) Finally, click the 'Submit' button to submit the information you just entered.
