1) Firstly visit the Official website of UIDAI:https://uidai.gov.in/

2) In the menu section mouse over on the "My Aadhaar" then all the submenus will appear. In the submenu section just click on "Update Demographics Data & Check Status".

3) It redirects to UIDAI's New Website (https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/).

4) Just click on the "Login" button. Enter your Aadhaar Card and Captcha click on the "Send OTP". For your aadhaar registered Number OTP, you will get. Enter the OTP and click on the "Login" button.

5) It redirects to the Services page. There you need select on 3rd option "Update Aadhaar Online".It opens another page where you need to click on the "Proceed to Update Aadhaar".

You can alter your Name (minor corrections only), Date of Birth (DOB), Gender, Language, and Address through this online portal. 7) Please fill in the relevant demographic information. Some of the demographic data require a dropdown list selection. Please use caution when entering demographic information or selecting from the dropdown menus.
8) A scanned copy of the original supporting document is required for the name (minor adjustment only), address, and date of birth corrections. Please double-check that the accompanying documentation is in your name and is current. If you're supplying a certificate in the UIDAI standard format, make sure it's free of frequent errors like the issue date, crossed sign, stamp across the photo, and no overwriting to avoid the request being rejected.
9) You must pay a cost of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty rupees) for the online update. You can pay with a credit/debit card or using net banking. This is a non-refundable fee. You can retry the payment if it fails the first time.
10) As a reference, you will be given a Service Request Number (SRN). Save this number in case you need to trace the update request or communicate with the UIDAI helpdesk in the future.
11) The submitted demographics data will be compared to the supporting document at this point. Your request is likely to be refused if there is a discrepancy.
12) You will receive an SMS notice with the Enrolment ID and the result after the quality check process is completed.
