* Income of these applicant women must not be more than 1.5 lakh/year in the rural area and 2 lakh/year in urban areas.

* Women whose husbands are in Gulf countries, or the women who are abandoned by their family, or their husband got died in any accidents are also eligible.
* Applicant should not be using any other pension scheme from central government or state government.
* If these women get married to some person or get a job, then this scheme will be terminated for them.
* If women cross the age of 65 years then this scheme will be converted to old age pension scheme.
