So they traveled to Dandaka forest in search of a place which is peaceful and suitable for their prayers. So they settled at this place and this place was called as Vasara that time as Maharishi Vyas spent a lot of time in prayers. Later people started calling it as Basara because of high influence of Marathi language in that place. * The nearest railway station is in Basara only. So train route is very comfortable for people. Also, people can come to Nizamabad railway station which is 30 km away.

3. By Bus:
* People can get a direct bus to Basara from Hyderabad. As only local people can come by bus. Else you can come to Hyderabad and then catch a bus to Basara.
