Telangana High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) – How to apply, Benefits and Status: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made it a law that all cars must have High Security Registration Plates. The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, have been changed. High-Security Registration Plates are a new kind of number plate made of metal that can’t be changed.
