By Air:
Currently, Kamareddy doesn’t have an airport that can be used. The nearest airport is the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, which is 150 km away.
By Road:
On National Highway NH-44, Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple is about 13 km from Machareddy, 19 km from Kamareddy, and about 110 km from Hyderabad. From Kamareddy to Siddipet on Dubbaka Express or regular buses, go through Banda Rameswarpalle.
