Mrugavani National Park in Ranga Reddy District of Telangana State – How to Reach & Timings: In Hyderabad, Telangana State, India, there is a national park called Mrugavani National Park. It is located in Moinabad Mandal near Chilkur, 20 kilometers from MGBS, and spans 3.6 square kilometers (1.4 square miles), or 1211 acres. There are 600 distinct species of plants there. About 350 spotted deer are living in the Park. Indian hares, forest cats, civets, Indian rat snakes, Russell’s viper, cheetahs, and flowerpecker are some of the creatures.

In 1994, it was designated as a national park. The majority of the time, the climate is pleasant here. In the Park, a point is high enough to provide panoramic views, as well as a watch tower that allows for close animal observation.

Additionally, there is a library, an environmental education center, a museum, and an auditorium where animals are displayed. In addition to guided nature walks, visitors can take safari rides to get closer to the Park’s inhabitants.

Park’s geography supports rocky areas, grasslands, and forests. Southern tropical dry deciduous woods can be used to describe the majority of the vegetation. The Park significantly contributes to preserving the rapidly vanishing native flora of the Hyderabad region.
