What is E-Sampada Portal

India's government launched the E-Sampada Portal and mobile app on November 25, coinciding with Good Governance Day and aligning with the "one nation, one system" initiative. During a virtual meeting in Delhi, Shri Hardeep S. Puri, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, announced the site's launch. The portal serves as an online platform for qualified officials to book and access services related to government housing and estates, with the installation expected to enhance transparency and accountability.

Previously, individuals had to book or assign estate and residential accommodation through four websites and two apps. This complexity arose from their management of distinct offices, causing confusion and consuming more time. The process used to involve four separate websites and two apps. To simplify and streamline the experience, the E-Sampada portal and mobile app were developed.


Objective Of E-Sampada Portal

The primary goal of the E-Sampada Portal is to establish a unified online platform for reserving and allocating government residential accommodation and estate services. Users can conveniently book venues, vacation homes, travelling officers' hostels, office and market lodging, and government housing—all through a single platform. This eliminates the need to visit multiple portals, as users can submit applications for various services directly on the E-Sampada site. In addition to enhancing clarity, this streamlined process is expected to save considerable time and money by reducing administrative expenses and paperwork.


Procedure for Registration on E-Sampada Portal

To register on the E-Sampada portal, follow these steps:
1) Visit the official website of the E-Sampada portal (https://esampada.mohua.gov.in/).

2) The homepage will appear. Click on the login link and Select "register here."

3) Complete the registration form by providing the following details:
  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Employee Category
  • City of posting/living
  • PAN card number
  • Email ID
  • Mobile number
4) Click on the submit button to finish the registration.
5) It will be successfully registered on the portal
