2) The Scheme for handling each Benefactor Family Unit (BFU) will include hospitalisation and medicine costs, as well as fees for care before and after hospitalisation.
3) It also includes care for medical conditions and diseases that need medical and surgical care at the secondary and tertiary levels and specific nursery treatments and care afterwards.
4) The insurance coverage for each CMHIS BFU will be Rs. 5,000,000 per family per year.

1) Visit the CM Health Insurance Scheme (CHIS) Official website: cmhis.nagaland.gov.in


3) Enter your login information, such as your email address or phone number, and then your password. When you click "Login," a new page will open.
4) Fill out the form for "Registration of households under General Population."
The completed form must be printed. Sign the form on printed paper. Signed by a person who is authorised to sign by the district office.
5)Scan the signed document and upload it with other supporting documents.
