1) People who have both an Aadhaar card and a voter ID will need to download and install the Voter Helpline app on their smartphone. The Google Play Store is where people with Android phones can do this, while people with iPhones need to go to the App store. 

2) Once you've downloaded and installed the app on your device, open the Voter Helpline App, choose "I Agree," and then click "Next." 

3) Now, tap the "Voter Registration" option and then choose "Electoral Authentication Form (Form 6B)". Then you'll need to tap the "Let's Start" button.

 
4) Next, enter the mobile number you used to sign up for Aadhaar and click "send OTP."

 
5) Enter the OTP that you got on your phone, and then click "Verify." Choose "Yes, I have a voter ID" and click "Next."

 
6) Enter your voter ID number (EPIC), choose the state, and tap "Fetch Details."Then you'll have to click the "Proceed" button.

 
7) Verify your information on the screen, then tap "Next." Enter your Aadhaar number, registered mobile number, and place of application, then click "Done."

 
8) When the process is done, the preview page of Form 6B will appear. Check your information again, then tap "Confirm" to send Form 6B.
