2) Click on the "Student Registration" link on the home page of https://wbscc.wb.gov.in/, as shown here:

3) After clicking on "Student Registration", then a pop-up will be visible there; it will ask for two options "For institutions in India" and "For institutions outside India". If you are an institution in India, click on "For institutions in India"; if you are an institution outside India, click on "For institutions outside India".

4) After clicking on the option, it will redirect to the "Student Registration" Application page. You need to fill in all the required details like Basic Details, Present Course of Study, Contact Details, and Password and click on the "register" button.
