Karnataka Anna Bhagya scheme is already being implemented in the state. Under the Karnataka Anna Bhagya scheme, the state government is providing rice, grains and other essentials to 1.27 crore families.

The main objective of this food scheme launched by the
Karnataka state government is to provide rice to the lower income people of the state and the people living in slums. The successful implementation of this scheme is going to help eradicate hunger from the state. The rice grains will be filled in the
rice ATM so that the people can get rice from the machine whenever they want to. The rice ATM's will be available throughout the day.
The capacity of the Annapurthi Rice ATM machine
As per the latest update, the
Karnataka state government is going to install rice dispensing machines in different sizes ranging from 100 kg to 500kg in capacity.

- This scheme is available only for the people residing in Karnataka.
- Only the lower income people and people living in slums are eligible for the scheme.

biometric rice ATM cards so that they can avail this facility.
