Paneer Bread Roll Recipe for Kids: Kids are fuzzy eaters. They get bored of routine food frequently, and moms have to be on toes to feed them every time. Here are a few recipes which I have tried in my kitchen, for my fuzzy eater toddler.

Ingredients :

Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 2 tbsp
Bread Slice: 2 ( Brown Bread)
Green Peas: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chat Masala: 1 pinch
Vegetable Oil: 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup: 1 tsp

How to Make Paneer Bread Roll for Kids

  1. Take the bread slices and cut a thin layer of hard brown portion for the 4 sides of the bread for each slice.
  2. Mix Green Peas and salt with Paneer.
  3. Take a cup of water in a broad pan and dip the slice in water for 2 - 3 seconds. Press the wet slice between palms and keep the wet slice aside.
  4. Now spread the tomato ketchup on the slice.
  5. Keep paneer filling along one side of the bread slice and roll the bread slice to cover the paneer filling.
  6. Repeat the process for other bread slices as well.
  7. Now heat a tsp of oil on tawa ( a flat pan) and put the rolled bread slices on it. Turn the sides of roll when it turns to light brown on one side.
  8. Paneer bread roll is ready.
  9. Sprinkle chat masala over and serve it with tomato ketchup.
