Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Urad dal - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1 pinch

  8. Oil - 3 spoons
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Red chili powder - 1 spoon

Steps to Prepare Chinta Chiguru Curry Recipe

  1. Take fresh Chinta Chiguru.
Clean Chinta Chiguru by removing dried leaves and stems in it.
Take a pan, pour oil and heat it.
  4. Add mustard, urad, jeera, turmeric, and fry them for a couple of minutes.
