How to Apply for a Duplicate Voter Card in Andhra Pradesh: To apply for a duplicate voter card, you need to go through an offline method. Simple steps to get a duplicate voter card are mentioned below.
1)First, you go to the nearest police station and file an FIR regarding losing your voter card. Ask for a hard copy of the FIR to the police officer.
2)Visit the Local election officer's office (or) Chief Election Commission and request the concerned officer for application form 002 of duplicate voter ID card.
3)Fill in the complete details in the "Form 002" Application form.
4) After filling out the Application form. Attach the identification proof ( Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, etc).
5)And after this, visit your nearest BLO (Booth Level Officers) or election office and submit your application form. When processing your application, a concerned officer will visit your address and verify all your documents and information given in the form.
6)After verification, your duplicate voter card will be sent by post within 15 days of applying.
