People under the poverty line and are suffering from diseases such as kidney heart, lung etc can visit their nearly Aarogyasri heart card center. Their they can get the application form from here or the application is available online which can be download . Fill all the details and submit it in either eSeva or Mee Seva centers. Few things are to be submitted along with the application to get Aarogyasri health card. Date of birth certificate, passport size photograph, Aadhar card number, income tax certificate, white ration card and other document need to be submitted along with the application.

The eSeva or Meeseva centers will verify the documents submitted and also the application and give a receipt on which there is acknowledgment number. Aarogyasri health card can be obtained from these center two to three weeks after submitting the application form.

Aarogyasri health scheme was launched in the year 2007 and till now more than 16 lakh surgeries were done under this scheme. The service provides support to the poor people and the treatment under this scheme is very reasonable. Government hospitals and also private hospitals support this scheme. It is revealed that 77.19 lakh poor families, 11.45 lakhs government employees, their family members, pensioners, their family members, 23,000 working and retired journalists will get benefits from Aarogyasri App.

How to Download Permanent Health Cards from Telangana EHS Web Portal 

 1. If you want to download Telangana State New Health cards First click on the given Link

2 Then new webpage that is “The Telangana State Government Employees Health scheme Official Website" will be opened on your browser.

3. Search for Sign in Button and Click on it.

4. Then drop down menu will be opened.

5. Then select the employees/ Pensiones and click on it.

6. New webpage will he opened again In your browser.

7. Now Enter your username that is your employee ID (STO: 1234567)

8. Later enter your password make sure whatever changed at first time logging If you forgot it don‘t worry, Forget pasword section has been given left side. This section you Click on the “Forgot Password” button. then a popup page will he appeared with instructions so must read the instructions and follow these. Now Click on the click here In proceed button. then Step 1 message box will be appeared. In this message box. you can enter your User ID [employee id) and select the login as employee or pensioner from drop down menu, then Click on Go button for Proceed to next step, after a Password will he sent to your registered mobile and email. Now, you can login with user id and new password

9. Then your particular web page will he opened on your name with employee type.

10. Then Search for 'DOWNLOAD HEALTH CARD’ button in left side of web page and click on it.

11. A Message will be appeared on your page like ‘Download Health Card Your Application has to be approved for downloading health Click It Here to 'download health Card’

12 Now click on the click here

13. Then your health Card will be appeared and print your health Card.
